Bobbie Anderson brings more than a decade of leadership in financial services to her role as Chief Operating Officer and founding partner at Serae Wealth™. Her background spans national advisory networks, corporate wellness initiatives, and organizational strategy, all rooted in a deep commitment to integrity, ethical practice, and client-centered service.
She has led advisor development across the country, built financial education programs for employers, and shaped firm culture from the ground up. Her previous roles include COO of The Guardian Group, Director of Education for My Financial Sherpa, and National Program Director at the Foundation for Financial Education.
Known for her calm focus and clear execution, Bobbie builds the systems, teams, and experiences that support lasting client partnerships. She brings clarity to complexity and creates the operational foundation that allows the firm to serve with care, consistency, and purpose.
A native of The Woodlands, where her family still owns local businesses, Bobbie lived in Denver, Chicago, and Boston before she and her husband Joe returned home to serve their community, start their family, and be closer to her grandfather. She met Joe, Serae’s Senior Wealth Manager, at an industry training focused on elevating client experience and innovation in financial planning.
Bobbie is an avid reader, thrifter, and design enthusiast who enjoys exploring local antique shops and Houston’s food scene. She and her husband Joe love to travel and listen to live music. At work and home, she’s usually joined by their Frenchie, Dolly, who serves as the unofficial team morale officer.
